What is Check in Time?

Guaranteed check-in time is 3pm. Should you arrive earlier, please contact a guest service person and we can look for early check-in options or we will happily store your luggage.

What is Check out Time?

Check out is at 11am. If you would like to arrange a late check out, we will gladly arrange at a charge and based on availability.

Is there a gym?

Yes, our gym is open 24hours every day

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, we love pets! The accommodation fee is $150.00 +tax per animal and we allow a maximum of 2 pets per room at no more than 120lbs.

Do you have laundry services?

We do offer valet dry cleaning and laundry services.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received 3pm hotel time, 48 hrs prior to arrival, to avoid penalty of 1 night’s room and taxes.

Do you provide transportation services?

Yes, our 24hr concierge may arrange a private car on your behalf. Please contact guest services to arrange transportation.

Can we receive packages prior to arrival?

Yes. You can send packages (max. 2) a few days prior to your arrival. These packages will be given upon arrival or delivered to your room.

Can I make a special request?

Our guest service team is committed to making your experience one of a kind. Please email park.concierge@marmaranyc.com with any requests you may have.

Do you have smoking rooms?

The Marmara Park Avenue is a smoke-free hotel. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for smoking in accommodations including but not limited to eviction.
