Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be received 3pm hotel time, 48 hours prior to arrival, to avoid penalty of 1 night’s room and taxes.
Guarantee Policy:
- A credit card guarantee is required at time of booking. Must be of at least 21 years of age to check-in.
- Additional guest and rollaway bed charges may apply.
- Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, may be required at check-in for incidental charges
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful place for the well-being of our guests, visitors, and employees. As such, we strictly enforce the below policies:
No Smoking Policy:
The Hotel is a non-smoking property. All our guests are expected to agree not to smoke, including but not limited to e-cigarettes and all other tobacco products in the Hotel.
No Party Policy:
There is a maximum number of guests allowed in each room. If the number of guests is more than the allowed number or other hotel guests are disturbed due to excessive noise coming from a room or if there are non-registered guests in a room after 9PM the Hotel Management reserves the right to ask everyone to vacate the premises and charge for any room damages.
Maximum Guests Allowed:
To ensure that all hotel guests enjoy a comfortable stay, we do not allow more than 3 people in a room (5 people in a Two Bedroom Unit) If at any time the maximum number of guests exceeds these numbers, Hotel Management has the right to ask the non-registered guests to leave the property immediately.
