It’s a bit like Christmas in a glass, and it will certainly warm you up after a walk in the cold.

Raines Law Room in Chelsea has exposed brick, comfortable sofas, and plush chairs that will make you feel as if you are taking refuge in a warm, vintage study. What does every vintage study have in spades (if the period dramas are to be believed)? Bourbon. We recommend trying the Eightfold Path, which includes allspice, ginger, vanilla, cardamom bitters, and, of course, bourbon.
